La Chassagnette

In the heart of the Camargue, La Chassagnette's organic vegetable garden draws its uniqueness from the soil of the Rhône delta. Plants from near and far reign supreme, each waiting for the perfect moment to be harvested.

Armand Arnal's intuitive cuisine is shaped by the rhythms of nature: refined to achieve essential harmony, subtle in its fertile sobriety. The gardener's hand passes ingredients to the cooks, intuitively influencing the menu creation to emphasize nature's tastes without constraint.



At L'Arlatan, whether you prefer to sit in the restaurant's colorful dining room or on the sunny patio, the menu concocted by chef Romuald Hélan is always a hit.

One is particularly fond of the cold cuts to share or the signature club sandwich, before finishing on a sweet note.


L'Épicerie du Cloître

Any occasion is good to share a pleasant interlude on the terrace; be it aperitifs with friends, lunches or dinners.

At L'Épicerie, the cuisine is simple, based on seasonal ingredients and carefully selected products from local and international artisans.

You will also find a grocery boutique stocked with vinegars, sauces, spices... and homemade canned goods to enjoy on site or to take home.


Le Nord-Pinus

Nord-Pinus offers a seasonal market menu. In the Place du Forum, classic Provencal cuisine meets the World « with a capital W ».

Central on the Place du Forum and in the history of Arles, Le Nord-Pinus's terrace and bar will reopen on May 8.
