Meeting & Events

The unique spaces of the Maisons d’Arles – combined with the capacity of the Luma Foundation – allow you to plan, on simple request, all kinds of events: from meetings and workshops to management meetings and cocktail parties.

All these spaces vary in form and number: from open libraries and private residences to restaurants and exhibition venues, they may host up fifteen to five hundred people. Each contemporary setup breaks the corporate mold. Open spaces, artworks on the walls, state-of-the-art technology and quality catering… the art of living comes first.

For instance, the Chassagnette library may host up to twenty collaborators for a “Hands in the Dirt” seminar where gardening, picking, work meeting, permanent breaks, boules and spirited lunches/dinners form a coherent whole.

Boards

The Maisons d’Arles are the place to plan a board meeting. An EXCOM may well take place at the quiet PARDO residence of the Arlatan – well suited for the occasion – before heading to the rooftop of the Cloître for lunch. Later in the day, conversation keeps flowing at a cocktail dinner party held at the Nord-Pinus. With each board meeting comes a new offer.
